RETURN POLICY
Lustella is a perishable food product that unfortunately cannot be returned once opened. We accommodate returns on sealed, unopened items. Returns must be shipped back within 30 days from the date of receipt.
We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If you received an incorrect or defective/damaged item, please reach out to us so we can help resolve this issue. In order to be considered defective, one of the following conditions must be met:
- Pouch is leaking
- Pouch seal has broken
PLEASE NOTE: For defective products, the item must be sealed and unopened at the time of the return. Once our warehouse receives the defective item, quality assurance will check the item for defects, and we will ship out a replacement.
At this time we do not offer refunds for defective items.
